Preparing for Plant Walks
During winter the plant world seems quieter. Maybe, maybe not. As for you, this isn't the moment for harvesting but preparing.
During the plant walks botanical Latin is referenced for every plant. This is the time to get a better grounding in that topic.
This is a good time to have an overview of the wildcrafting season and how you might get yourself ready when the time is ripe. What will you bring with you? Do you want to dry your plant material?
All sorts of bits and pieces to think about before the barks are ready to harvest in a few months. Not such a bad time to sit down, drink tea and watch a lesson. Most of them are short and easy to absorb during this busy time.
