The scholarship is:
50% off any course online at the Matthew Wood Institute of Herbalism except courses already being offered at 50% discount - see below.
Types of scholarships offered:
Senior
5 Scholarships will be granted for seniors age 62 and above
Caregiver to Seniors
5 Scholarships will be granted to those who regularly attend to elderly voluntarily or as a profession.
Foraging Herbalist
5 Scholarship will be granted to those who, for various reasons, find it financially prohibitive to purchase and participate in courses offered.
Requirements and How to Apply:
- Applicants must be an active, paying subscriber of the Materia Medica course.

In your email application explain in 150 words or fewer:
- Write application answers in email text, NOT in an attached document.
- In the subject line write "Scholarship Application APril 2020"
1) Explain your current financial and health situation that puts you in greater need for a scholarship.
2) Name who you may call upon to help you should you need technical help.
3) Name which scholarship you are applying for: Senior, Caregiver to Seniors, Foraging Herbalist
4) Name the course that you would like to enroll in with the scholarship.

Submit application before April 20th, 2020. The next round of recipients will be decided the week of April 20th, 2020.
