Constitutions or "Body-typing" is a foundational concept that every health and wellness practitioner can benefit by understanding. This ancient philosophy helps us see how we are uniquely different, innately alike, and how we interact naturally in our environment. These observation skills can help practitioners of all levels of experience better understand how a person is responding to their environment and how this can cause deep-seated dis-ease and profound healing. Also, this understanding helps us to create specific protocols to help clients and patients. We explore a number of traditional teachings on this topics including: Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and others.
