Matthew and Phyllis bring their 75 plus years of experience to bear on one of the basic subjects of herbal medicine: herbal remedies of the nervous system. When we were young herbalists this was the only regulatory system generally understood and we relied upon it a great deal. Today it is still important; more herbs are known and the place of nerves within other regulatory systems is better understood. Remedying through the nervous system remains easy to visualize, practice, and master.
